We grew up in a farming family. We know the ups and downs of agriculture and family business. Our careers in corporate America consisted of working for large corporations and building venture-backed technology startups. We’re builders and investors who are passionate about food and agriculture.
Investment Criteria
We are looking for small and medium sized businesses across the ag industry. This can include manufacturing, services, retail and dealerships, processing, agtech, or any type of business that serves agriculture.
We target legacy buyouts of US-based companies that have at least $500,000 of discretionary free cash flow, consistent double-digit net operating margins, and have a strategic moat (technology, distribution, brand, etc.).
